If you’ve done some fitness stuff before and you don’t have any injuries or considerations we need to work around, then you may want to just leap into our classes and see if you like them.
Your Coach will guide you through everything and you’ll learn as you go.
Route 2: New Starter Package
If you’re new to all this and you’d like to spend some time learning the basics and getting your fitness up a little before jumping in to classes then you may want to begin with our New Starter Package.
